  After having many many problems with my prescriptions through this pharmacy. I can say that the main store is usually pretty good. The staff in the main store are usually very helpful and easy to find. They are usually very efficient at checking you out and calling more people to ring up if necessary. However the pharmacy lacks communication between employees and what policies are. I am usually told one thing by one pharmacy employee and told something else by another. I am getting very sick of this and I'm thinking seriously about switching my Scripps to another pharmacy.. not CVS!

  Always an issue when trying to get a prescription. One time I was supposed to get a three month supply, which it even stated on my prescription, but they only gave me one box. I came back and they gave me a problem. I work in a doctors office with other patients who go to this pharmacy and they also constantly complain. With the doctors that prescribe me things here, I always have an issue because they never receive anything for some reason and always put doctors on hold. The doctors also complain that their patients are complaining about this pharmacy. Currently looking around for a better pharmacy, even if it's out of the way because this has been going on for a year.
