Reviews about Inferno Audio
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★February 23, 2020, by cedric richardsonHad them do three cars and they did them all promptly and we're very convienant work working with my time constraints. The product they use is a great brand and they don't for as cheap as you will find anywhere and trust me I checked around. I was expecting the place to be a hole in the wall based on the price they gave me and the fact that they were out of Woonsocket. But the place is nice, respectable and the people who work they were really pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyonr.
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★March 17, 2019, by J LThis is a long review, and I don't write reviews, but this was worth the time to take to type. I met Keith back when I was 16, he was about the same age, so I knew of Inferno Audio since its inception, just never really visited or ever thought I had reason to. I've been a DIY car audio fabricator/installer since I was 17, more serious into it from my late 20's to now. Hither to about two months ago, I did most of my product shopping online, I never saw the need for a "brick and mortar" store, and most of the ones in RI, well, as an electrician, I won't go there. A little over a month ago I ran into an issue with two of my amps that are now well over 12 years old. They simply gave up. I was literally at the end of my install and suddenly I am out two 2 channel amplifiers. I needed something, and I needed it quick. I visited Inferno Audio for the first time. I spoke with Keith, told him what was going on, told him what I needed, and he delivered. I had purchased a 4 channel amp from him, great price, actually better price than online, and of course it was warrantied. That amp has since been returned and replaced with something better, however, the products and prices weren't the icing on the cake. In speaking with Keith each time I visited, I would throw something random at him, a random install situation I had to deal with, an alternative wiring method, active isolating relays, passive Bosch style relays, back EMF, etc... Unlike techs and in Keith's case, owners of other shops I had been to in the past for more "random" reasons, Keith knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to hop right into the conversation intelligently and also suggested other avenues on top of the alternatives I mentioned. We also conversed about some past installs he had and issues with certain products that he's used or currently uses, and the legitimate work around to them too. THIS is where it counts. Any shop can sell a product and any shop can read a box or use Google and regurgitate specifications from said source. Any shop can hire people that know the basics of an installation just enough to "get by" and impress a customer who otherwise knows nothing about the craft. I've visited those shops, I've seen it. Keith and the crew at Inferno Audio have the experience and the knowledge behind the products and the installs. This is priceless. It takes a lot to impress me, especially when it comes to a shop or store. Keith and his crew impressed me. I'm writing this review for both those who know nothing about car fabrication, whether it pertains to audio, car alarms, or custom work, and for those like me who have been doing this stuff on our own for years. The way in which these guys bust their butts to try and provide products to me that I would have otherwise bought online in the past, and then come in at or below the price of the online market is impressive in itself. For someone like myself, having the knowledge of what an install should look like, to know the definition of "neat and workman like manner"; to see these guys put that and their pride into their work actually inspired me to make Inferno Audio my new one stop shop. Coming from me, this speaks magnitudes about Inferno. Looking forward to future business with you guys, and keep up the awesome work!
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★February 08, 2019, by Fred AlbertstonHONESTY, INTERGRITY, AND INTELLIGENCE!! I drove from East Bridgewater Ma after a friend had mentioned Inferno. Not only is Keith genuine and extremely honest (after letting me know it was just a setting on the radio that was the reason why only some of the speakers weren't working) you can tell he is a really good person and has a great sense of humor! If I had taken the car somewhere else I would have been taken for a serious ride! Keith thank you so much, restored my belief that a businesses can be honest and not just out to screw you as they seem to be here in MA when it comes to stereos, car extra's rims etc...(Bumper to Bumper in Brockton seems to have the market corned around here) Will tell all my friends well worth the drive!!! Thank You Keith, what a pleasure to meet you!!! Carla
